“Good product but poorly delivered by Harrowden turf. Clearly cut 3-4 days before delivery and subsequently standard was shocking. As a professional landscaper I do know my turf and this was hot, yellow and on the turn. Customer service is unhelpful and happy to blame you for the poor performance of the staff. My advice is stick with Rolawn. The product is good and when things go wrong they are happy to help you. Harrowden have a good product but the delivery and customer service is truly shocking and actually arrogant. Shame really.”

“Great communication, Excellent service, ordered first thing in the Morning for next day delivery, I was very pleased to receive a call to ask for it to be delivered that afternoon. Turf freshly cut and in excellent condition. Will definitely use again for my next project hence the five star rating.”
