“Have made this purchase based on good reviews but not happy with purchase. My problem is mainly on product quality then ease of purchase or delivery which was on time. I have received at least 5-6 turfs tore from middle out of total 60 that I ordered. Also, not all Turfs were of same size which creates problem while laying down.”

“Turf quality itself was fantastic but paying for the morning delivery and it turning up as the last drop of the day wasn’t great. Got told the extra delivery payment would be refunded and as of yet still no refund which is well over a week since, it’s not about the money it’s the principle”

“Would be an amazing turf if only come without weeds. Unfortunately my order come with weeds that I’ve noticed on the 3-4 day after laying it down. The customer service was not very helpful, so it turns out I just have to live with that. Considering the reason I replaced it was because of a weeds in my lawn, having my new lawn with weeds from the supplier is very disappointing”
