“Arrived healthy and moist. A little thicker cut than i had anticipated with more meadow grass than i would have liked. It has only been down a 8 days so time will tell. Looking forward to it's first few cuts and tidy lawn, as in my case, it has been a long time coming .”

“So glad we chose to spent tiny bit more and go for the "premium" option. The quality of the turf, both the grass itself and the quality of the cutting and topsoil underneath is excellent. Delivery was smooth and efficient, and the ordering process was very straightforward. Our only problem was of our own making. We chose the cheapest delivery option (8am-8pm) and as the turf only arrived towards the end of the window we were unable to get it all down on the day that it was delivered, as we had been instructed to do. I thought it would be OK to leave 2/3 of the turf on the pallet overnight, but when I laid it in the morning the turf had heated up and was beginning to suffer from heat stress. Entirely our own fault, and after a week almost all of it has recovered fully. Only a couple of small areas have not made it, and can be easily patched. However, please do follow the instruction to lay turf on the day of delivery, or at least don't leave it stacked on the pallet any longer than you have to! We now have a lush green lawn that seems to be getting established really quickly. Thank you so much, Harrowden. We will be recommending you to friends and family.”
