“Unfortunately due to the recent high temperatures we had around 20% of the turf scorched. We did lay them but it was clear that they would not survive. The positives of this is that I contacted your customer service (Jade) who arranged for replacements to be sent in a timely manner and now we have a lush green lawn. Thanks Jade. May I suggest that all deliveries in hot weather are made AM as standard even if it costs a little more it would save a lot of hassle and you money for replacing FOC”

“Great customer service, friendly and professional delivery and excellent product. Its grown in really, really well, already mowed it once (about two weeks ago), now ready for the second time. To be fair we did re-soil the garden and let it settle for about two weeks before putting down the lawn, so would like to think that the hard work also is playing its part =) Really good value for the price.”

“Great service delivered in great condition, got the turf down the same day it was delivered in 30 degrees heat but kept it watered religiously and it has absolutely flourished. Very pleased would definitely recommend”
