“I fell on ice and wrecked the poles. They are lightweight and they are great but a calamitous fall on to the poles is not a good idea. I was astonished when my query about a repair was followed by complimentary poles. Amazing and unexpected customer service. I have promised not to fall on them.”

“I've had a set of Helvellyn Walking Poles for a few years now and wouldn't be without them - they've helped me maintain a good pace for hours whilst hiking, and to keep up (almost) with my much longer-legged husband! I recently bought him a set, too, and they really came into their own over the last three days hiking the Sandstone Trail - not only were we able to safely climb up (and down) steep and slippy paths on the ridge, but after all the recent rain, I'm not sure we would have made it across field after flooded, boggy field without them.”
