“First set of poles, still getting used to them. For a novice pole user they are intuitive to set up and break down, they are also comfortable and very lightweight.”

“These are an absolutely excellent purchase. Half the price of a "Like" brand and in my opinion a better option. These are lightweight, snap together and fold back down in seconds and seem to be of excellent quality. The grips are far more comfortable than the ones on Leki poles for me having thin hands. Used them on a 5 hour hike with 1000m of ascent and they were so comfortable.Rubber pole tip covers are useful on hard ground also They came exceptionally well packaged with quick delivery. If you want a professional carbon pole at a great price, you cannot go wrong with these, no need to look further.”

“The spring catch on one of my poles is faulty. Looks like the hole is not large enough. Are they not all tested before shipping? I have an ultra race on Saturday and need this resolving urgently please.”

“Having been reluctant to use poles in the past, I thought I’d give them a try as after hearing good things about Harrier Helvellyn pro carbon poles, and especially with a discount code, I had nothing to lose. They arrived on time, well packaged. However when I tried to assemble one of the poles the button failed to pop out to lock it in place. I tried again and it worked, however I was a bit worried that it would occur out on the trail. I’ve used them twice and on one occasion it failed to lock the pole, not what you want in a race or training situation in the mountains. Otherwise the poles perform well, they’re light, fold down to a small size that I store in my waist belt to the rear, and issue aside, assemble easily. Maybe the poles I bought were a one-off regarding this problem.”
