“These are amazing!! I recently bought a pair to use on an Ultra trails event- to simply put it, Wow! These handy nettle nudgers kept me safe from all dangly bramble and prickly things whilst enabling me to tackle the uphills like never before; full body but less effort saving my legs for a long day on the hills. When the pins eventually became tender the poles were a massive help on the downhills too, giving loads of support/ balance when I needed it most. They pack down so neat and light that I didn’t notice them at all, it’s worth noting they are so easy to assemble when I did need them. As always, I was a little dubious thinking “Should I go for a more expensive pair, they must be better quality, right?” Wrongo!! These poles are reassuringly well crafted, look great and feel amazing quality. They were certainly tested too when I may of been a little over zealous on the soft ground and the pole was left stuck in the grass as we pulled away from each other. I thought this may of caused a split or bent the pole, however, upon inspection there was no damage at all and these beauties carried over a rocky ten miles to the end! Thanks for making a decent product, I would highly recommend to any and all!!”

“Have taken my new poles for their first run out in the Lake District and all is well so far! They take time getting used to, having not run with poles before, but they are super lightweight yet sturdy enough for the job, very easy to extend/pack away, and a lovely design too. I found the wrist straps to rub a little bit on their first run out but this should improve with use! The free buffing that came too is fab :) thanks Harrier, great value for money”

“I bought these poles for the Lakeland Trails event in July 23. Really good quality and less expensive than other carbon poles. Super light very comfortable and easy to pack down or extend out whilst running. I wasn’t sure how I was going to get on with them for racing but a very useful addition to my race kit. Would highly recommend the product and Harrier Trail Running.”

“EXCELLENT. I purchased the Helvellyn PRO Carbon Z-Poles. I have previously used other well known poles, with some success, but need to replace them after breakages. I purchased the PRO carbon poles ahead of competing in the Wales Ultra. Initial nervousness of new untested poles quickly disappeared. I was able to fully trust the Harrier poles throughout the 56 miles. The poles were light, strong and comfortable. I will now look at other Harrier equipment.”
