“I bought these at the Running Show. I have never used poles for trail running before. I was given a 1-2-1 lesson by the tram at the show and since then the poles have transformed my running. They really are an ace piece of kit.”

“Only think I would add is maybe pop in a leaflet with instructions on how to setup. The video is fab but figuring out where to pull the pole down was tricky initially”
