“first experience using the running poles. used a little on trainjng weekend for an ultra later in the year. Very easy to set up and adjust. the tightening bolt does great job of keeing poles secure at desired height. very light. even if i only use for short periods on ultra in the lake district, they're so light, i have no problem carrying them for when i might need them. i'm 5'10" and defo only needed the regular size. i used their helpful guide to estimate length i'd need and thr regular gives me some good movement higher or lower as i dial in what works for me”

“Originally ordered the Long version which were much too big. Swapped for regular (really easy returns service) and all much better. At 5ft10inch I definitely needed regular.”

“I should have bought these a long time ago, these poles are brilliant. If I had one slight issue, I would like Harrier to sell a quiver to store the poles. But they are brilliant.”
