Originally bought one set to try for walking the 4 day Inca trail in Peru. To see how well they performed we used them to do the Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge. I am 57 years old with a bad knee and managed to complete the Yorkshire 3 peaks using the poles, first time using poles, they were excellent and made the climbs and descents so much easier. They are light and strong, we saw other poles come apart and bend on the walk but ours performed flawlessly. We have bought another pair and look forward to using them on The Inca Trail at the end of the month. These aren’t only for trail running so if wanting poles for walking these are ideal.

I have just used these poles to complete the 2nd half of the 100km Race to the Stones. Strong, robust design. Lightweight, and easy to set up. I don't think I would have completed the last 20km without these poles!

I've used the poles a couple of team and, although I'm still learning how to use them properly, they seem ver sturdy. The videos online describing how to use them are very useful. I look forward to continuning to push myself and the poles in the future.

Easy to collapse and assemble. Light and comfortable to hold. Look and feel of quality but not too pricey.

I was given these poles as a birthday pressie and, by coincidence, I was able to take my new Helvellyn poles with me up Helvellyn on their first trip out. Really well designed and made. Light and easy to use. I love them! Thanks Kate and the Harrier Team. Hannah - from Cumbria
