“I can't really begin to describe how much I disliked this. It's hard as anything when you first get it, then when you follow the instructions and soften it with water, it takes forever to loosen off. When you apply it to your skin, it breaks off in chunks and then refuses to wash off afterwards. I threw it away after one use.”

“This Mask is extremely messy to use, my poor Bathroom sink is black and sticky it’s hard to remove the Black mask off it! It doesn’t go on like in the video, you need lots of soap to get it off your Hands, so wish me luck getting it off my Face in the Shower! I won’t be purchasing this again.”
