“I followed both lots of instructions (i.e. by holding the whole bar under running warm water and also by breaking off a bit a mixing with water to form a paste). Neither time did the product dry, as in the picture, and both times it was a nightmare to remove, both times necessitating an exfoliating body cloth to remove it - leaving my face bright red and almost raw and my sink impossibly dirty. It is far too sticky to use as a face mask. I ended up throwing it away.”

“This product made my face turn bright red with a burning sensation-no face mask has ever done this before so I would recommend a patch test before use. Thank fully after antihistamine my face recovered but it was quite scary!”

We are sorry to hear that you found the mask messy to use once mixed and difficult to repackage for your next application. As this is a powdered clay mask, it does require mixing with a small amount of water before use, which can sometimes make the process a little less convenient compared with ready-to-use masks. Many customers find it helpful to mix a small amount in a separate bowl before applying, and then fold the sachet carefully or store it in a small airtight container after opening to keep the remaining powder dry for future use. “Im not sure if I was doing it wrong but it was far too oily and stuck for me. Took so long to get on my fave and then took forever to come off my face. Didnt leave my face feeling great either.”
