“I LOVE grum. However I didn’t like this product. I found that it took a lot of “massaging” on my face to get any oil on to actually remove my makeup. Rubbing a hard edged bar against my eyelid also felt quite abrasive but I couldn’t go any gentler or nothing would come off. Even after wiping away the oil I still had to go in with my normal eye makeup remover to get most of my makeup off. Still 30 minutes after using my eyes feel bleary and fuzzy. I love anything sustainable but this product isn’t effective nor worth your money :(”

“Took this on holiday and used every night. My face felt clean after washing and using a cleansing pad but it didn't remove all my make up at all sadly! I cleansed afterwards and lots more makeup came off and to be honest I don't even wear foundation just eye makeup and bronzer. One good point though, it didn't make my skin dry”

“Positives: great idea ! I purchased something similar from ethique. Negatives: unfortunately the execution doesn’t quite work. I prefer other solid make up remover brands I have tried”

“Worked perfectly and saves scrubbing your face especially with waterproof mascara. I’ve tried other products to do this and there not as effective . And non liquid so great for storage and travel. Only improvement would be a plastic re-usable/refillable little case so when damp it could be packed away quickly and stored (I know it’s worse for the planter but re-usable and to fit most of the products you have would mean it could be rotated In use aswell. As I killed the paper box in seconds of using it. However overall would recommend and use again everytime”

“It’s the first time I’ve tried this and I was a bit sceptical at first, as it normally takes a fair bit of time to get my makeup off ( I don’t go out that much - so I tend to put on the full works when I do )! But after using the soap bar on my face - I was Very Impressed! It took off all my make up and didn’t irritate my skin at all ( I have very sensitive skin - hence the reason I don’t wear makeup everyday)! I will definitely keep using this and will be buying again soon !”
