“I spray my Loungewear/nightwear when I get out of the shower/bath to start to unwind for bed. I spray again when I am getting into bed. It is not usually the same complete lavender scent I am used to for a sleep/pillow spray but I prefer this as it is not overpowering but still allows you to unwind and relax for sleep.”
