“Have tried lots of sleep products in the past and this is one of the best I have come across, use it every night and never fail to drop off. Such a nice scent and easy to use, I use alongside the gruum pulse point roller and together they are fantastic. Highly recommend”

“It has helped me to drift off to sleep and if I wake up I just spray and I fall back sleep. My husband who works different shifts, has found the spray helps him to sleep for longer.”

“Disappointed. The smell is too strong, burns the face and very alcoholic. When you spray feels like you sprayed a wound cleaner or something. Definitely not for sensitive skin. LUGNA is the best.”
