“I use this on my two young childrens (4years and 7years) pillows at night. My 7 year old is pissibly autustic and takes ages to get to sleep. So i spray on pillows first, then story on the floor (but you can smell the spray so calming them already). Then once in bed they have both fallen to asleep alot quicker! (I stay until theyre asleep). It smells do nice and very grounding. Ive used the roller ball lavender too which also helps”
