This product is a sleep aid and not intended to spray directly on to the skin. As per our 'How to use guide' simply spray it on to your pillow and breathe in the relaxing scent! “Lovely smell and seems to work which others like this haven't. I have trouble getting off to sleep and spray this on the sleeve of my pyjamas to do some deep breathing with this to help me nod off”

“I use this product every night and I am convinced that it helps me to fall asleep quicker. It smells nice and is not overpowering. I will purchase again once it has ran out.”
