“I've been spraying this Relaxing Sleep Mist onto my pillow for several months now since having had very bad sleep patterns and I do find this helps to assist a more relaxed and easy sleep. I've given the spray to friends who also suffer similar difficulties sleeping and they seem to find it helps too.”

“Love this mist, I got 2 bottles recently as there was a reduction on them, one for me and one for my daughter. My daughter used hers to help her to relax when her brain was racing because of school exams and it helped her to relax off to sleep much quicker. I have just used mine through the heatwave as I can be ome really frustrated in the heat and have trouble nodding off, I have used a couple of sprays on my pillow and been fast asleep in no time. Love this soray, will be a staple on my bed side feom now on”
