“It has helped me to drift off to sleep and if I wake up I just spray and I fall back sleep. My husband who works different shifts, has found the spray helps him to sleep for longer.”

“Disappointed. The smell is too strong, burns the face and very alcoholic. When you spray feels like you sprayed a wound cleaner or something. Definitely not for sensitive skin. LUGNA is the best.”

“Insomnia brings me to this point of trying to find solutions that are not medication based! This is wonderful for the hot summer nights when you cannot sleeP. Long lasting fragrance which is really good for the activity of the mind and brain, just to calm things down when heading for bed!”
