“I have used this now for almost a week and I have noticed that I fall to sleep quicker and stay asleep for the night. Before I had been waking often, unable to return to sleep. Totally recommend.”

“Smells lovely, gorgeous scent of lavender. Definately helps with falling asleep, would recommend although a bigger bottle would be a good idea.”
