“It smells nice but sometimes it makes me sneeze a bit. Idk if it helps a lot but it probably does and it calms me down so yeah it does I guess.”

“I keep it by my bed and a few quick sprays on my pillows just before I hop in. It's not overpowering nor does it make your pillows wet It's a fine mist. Lovely”

“Lovely products, lovely scents! Normally you are not getting so nice scents from sustainable brands (they are just fragrance-free) but Gruum did it! And I got the procucts easily my home door. Especially relaxing sleep mist is my favourite and also my very picky husband loves it”
