“Absolutely will never consider using this company again. Poor in every way. Poor products. Wooden soap dishes. Literally coming apart at the joints as glue poured out, that softened as it remained in a warm bathroom. Bought four of these! Poor customer service - promised a full refund and a £10 voucher. Got in two £5’s but both had same code so actually got one £5. Never got the refund. Forgotten products. They were sent apparently first class never arrived. So more lost money. This product the spray that I used the voucher for along with more of my own money. Is awful. Tiny bottle not worth the price and was a very chemical smell. But the usual mellow lavender scent that you expect these types of products to be. Very disappointing. I didn’t do a public review the first time. But I feel they deserve no less. Please don’t send me anymore emails asking for feedback. I’d like my details removing from your system”
