“Previously reviewed customer service as being great, that all went horribly worong. Protective scuff guard on toe came in stuck, returned. Gor setn another pair, same problem. Staff member "argued" with me and was the opposite of helpful, eventually agreed to replace with a different model. I was delivered a 3rd pair of the same boot!!! So I returned again and got a full refund. Complete and utter waste of time. Would not recomend to use this company.”
“Bought the Merino Wool Socks end of April 2024, wore them a couple of times and they started to wear a hole on each toe, making them unfit to wear. This has also happened with the blue pair.
Very Disappointed, wore them with my new Grisport Pink walking shoes. Tried to upload photo but not successful.”
“First pair of boots were damaged on both sole areas and stitching were tounge joins boot was coming apart( don't know how they got past inspection) the replacements were slightly better but were also distorted on side of boot and out of shape does this company actually supply new boots? Or are they sending our seconds .not impressed.”
“Although the tag on the boots describes them as 'waterproof' they are NOT. NOT in the slightest. First time out walking over wet grass and my feet were soaked. Got a refund straight away. Shame as they were very comfortable.”
“With my last two boots being Grisport, and being happy with them, I came back again to try the Quatro model as I liked the idea of extra ankle support. Initially they were very comfortable and stable but I found the padding around the plastic ankle sports inside the sock liner completely inadequate and I got blisters every time I went on anything more than a moderate walk. I don't know if this is a manufacturing or design fault but for me it was not immediately apparent until after I had broke them in on a proper walk, making it difficult to return.”
