“My Wife spent over £800 for my greenhouse a number of years ago. To be now charged £9 for 20 glazing spring clips and £8 for 20 glass retaining Z clips is little short of robbery. The components made of wire and sheet steel must cost pence to make and are of poor quality, as the wire clips on my greenhouse are rusting when they should be galvanized. Also, the rubber seal between the frame and the glass is of poor quality and age hardens and tends to fall out.”

“at the moment I feel very disappointed with Greenhouse stores as the greenhouse delivered last week wont be installed for at least another 3 weeks, minimum! we should have been advised of a possible delay when we ordered. it is annoying that our money was taken in full up-front and all we have to show for it at the moment is boxes hanging around our garage!”
