“Said it would be delivered 4th October so I changed my day off so I was home. I then got a call on the 3rd to say they were planning to deliver the week after I said not was meant to come the 4th they denied all knowledge of it were rude on the phone they then had to leave it outside my house. It took over a month to come. Bad service and bad management of expectations.”

“The product was good, but there was a few problems with delivery. 1 of the 8 parasols we ordered arrived and it was only after a waited a few weeks and then rang did Greenhouse know they were not delivered - as effectively this product was supplied direct to us by a third party. At the time or ordering I explained that due to being a tight city centre location we couldn't accept a palette of items. Sure enough it was delivered on a palet, thankfully the delivery driver was decent enough not to just dump it and drive away, but allowed us to offload all items, but we still had to dispose of his palet!”
