“Amazing, patio hadn't been cleaned for 7 years. Full of black spot, blach & green Lichen & general dirt. Used as per instructions, kept it wet let it dwell for 4 hours. It removed 95% and whats left has faded considerably. It does take work, but so worth it.”

“My pressure washer usually does the job on my patio, but this year black stains proved to be too stubborn. So I bought this product and it did the job. I still have 3/4 slabs with weird marks, but they have been there after the first year. Very happy with the result. I will go over with the pressure washer again to see if the colours become stronger.”
