“I have tried black spot remover products in the past without success. I was surprised to find that it did actually work. There was a lot of black spot on my sandstone patio due to the trees. The black spot had been sitting on the patio for over 10 years. It looked that good my friend bought some to. It has now been repointed by my bricky and looks like new!”

“Amazing product. My patio looks fantastic, the lovely colours have returned. It wasn’t 100%successful on removing all black spot, however, the majority has removed and the remainder faded. The patio has had a new lease of life. It previously looked very tired but now looks almost new. Thank you. I will definitely use this product again.”

The nature of black spot removal does mean applying keeping the product wet and possibly reapplying whilst the product removes the lichen. Judging by the pictures the product was 100% successful!

“I used my power washer on elderly parent’s patio, cleared the surface dirt but wasn’t satisfied. Research brought me here, I, and parent’s, are amazed at the change achieved. Majority of Blackspot gone but also restored the colour of the Yorkshire Stone paving. I’m leaving it two weeks and I’ll do it again to removed final spots. Recommend without hesitation. Thank you.”

“This stuff is absolute magic. I was thinking about re-paving our patio because it looked so bad with black spot and nothing I used up till now was making any difference. Used this and it came up like new. It’s really important to follow the instructions and definitely need to wet with water first then soak with the remover then keep reapplying as it dries. I did 68m2 and used about 80% and that was with continued reapplying, so the 80m2 coverage quoted for the 20litre seems right,”

“I didn't expect the product to live up to its description, but it really did. Our patio looks like new again! Only note is to be careful around plants - we had some unavoidable run off, and some plants were a bit damaged, but it's a small price worth paying for a good-as-new patio.”
