“When used after power washing, the Black Spot Remover is an excellent product and did exactly what it was supposed to when I followed the simple instructions, so I'm very happy to recommend it. After successfully testing a small area of sandstone paving slab, I worked the entire area in small sections - approx. 4 slabs at a time - following the instructions and trying to prevent the slabs from drying out between treatments. I used a plant water sprayer for dispersing the product in a targeted way, then scrubbed with hard brush after ca 10 mins and finally rinsed the slabs using a watering can. Only a couple of areas needed a repeat application, as it was sunny and windy, thus slabs sometimes dried before I could complete their initial treatment. I'd recommend wearing protective goggles and heavy duty gloves for this job. I am thrilled with the result and have received compliments about my Black Spot-free paving slabs.”

“Absolutely did the job. We have a fairly large indian stone paving, which had years' worth of black spots across at least a dozen slabs that neither a pressure washer nor generic patio cleaner could shift. This stuff got rid of every single spot, 95% or more of which went within 30 minutes of the first treatment, the rest went second time around on a more targeted go at it .... Can't ask for more than that, can you! Only minor gotcha is it says you have to remove the grout first, though I was doing that anyway so no probs, but in terms of the product itself, pretty simple to use and did a fantastic job.”
