“We had a new sandstone step which a bird deposited on after eating blackberries. This left an ugly purple stain that had gone into the porous stone. After getting good advice from the firm I worked at it with a toothbrush for about 45 mins. Hard work on the fingers but success! Very pleased and now the step is sealed. Thank you.”

“This is an excellent product that does exactly as it says , removes black spot completely , well apart from one small stubborn area , 97% on first application then . A builder relaid some old Indian sandstone which was looking very tired and grubby after jetwashing thoroughly twice and applying patio cleaner . However it still had a lot of black spots which he said he`d try and jetwash off . I did a little research into black spots on sandstone and found out it was lichen and needed a specific treatment to remove . I spoke to the gentleman at Floorseal who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable , purchased the product , told the builder of my plan to use it so not to waste any more time and effort trying to remove with jetwash and one damp day followed the instructions , kept the solution on for about an hour and because the humidity was high and rain forecast overnight left it for the rain to remove and clean it . The next day it was 97% gone and the sandstone looked as new so I highly recommend this product and Floorseal for great customer service .”
