“Since I discovered this wonderful product, life has been transformed and the grey-green patio - which defined all attempts with a power washer - now sparkles with its pristine appearance - even the little fossils embedded in the stones gleam out at us again.”

“WOW... Ive tried all kinds of patio cleaner to rid my indian stone of all the black spots, various patio cleaner brands, high pressure jetting, everything imaginable. Then i came across this product and it has blown my mind.!!!! Try it and you wont be disappointed. My indian stone has beeen down for a long time and it is as vibrant now, after treatment, as the 1st day it was laid. I am so pleased. Thankyou Floorseal. Bill.”

“OMG. This is a fantastic product. I’d forgotten how beautiful my Indian sandstone patio was after years of discolouration. Jet washing cleaned any moss but never revived the colour or removed the black spot lichen. I now have a patio like new apart from a few little spots that are just too stubborn. The customer service is second to none, the help and advice I got immediately were exemplary. The company owner replied to my email query within hours on a Sunday when he wasn’t even working. Can’t recommend the product and the company enough.”
