“This stuff is the business. It does exactly what it claims. I have used black spot+ on a number of occasions and it works just like it claims. The transformation and cleaning power is amazing Tough black spot patches might need several treatments but they will go. I would absolutely recommend”

“I have tried other patio cleaners and was not impressed. I tried Floorseal black spot remover and was astounded by the results. My york stone flags were black in numerous areas and not just black spots. They look like new now. Similarly block paving and artificial stone comes up like new. I shan't be power washing any more. What a find!”

“This stuff is really good!! I had a very tired patio which has been transformed into a colourfull, lively area. Taking one step at a time and leaving sufficient dwell time certainly did the trick with no harm to surrounding flowers, shrubs or grass. Don't ususally recommend things but this is an exception .. go for it!!”

“Pressure washing didn’t budge the black spots. I tried this black spot remover and it lifted off the spots within an hour, with a little scrubbing & a hose off. Brought the stone up like new. Would definitely recommend and will be using again on other patio areas soon. Great product.”
