“It certainly worked well. It smelt strongly of household bleach but within a couple of hours had eliminated the Black spot and dirt and everything else right back to the clean stone. What used to take hours with a jet wash at close range now took a few minutes of spreading the liquid with a brush and sprinkling with water. This was then washed away with a combination of rainfall and a hose.,”

“I was really anxious about using this product on our (rather expensive) porcelain tiled patio & pathways, made up of nearly 200 large slabs. I shouldn't have been! The results were more than impressive, and despite my concerns about keeping the surface moist with the product for over an hour, it worked within 15 minutes, and all the black spots that have been building up for over 3 years on our 10 yo patio had disappeared. It also cleaned up the brickwork walls around the patio, the basalt edging and steps and the concrete ramp to the garage and its kerb edging stones. If I manage to upload a couple of Before & After pix, then you will see that all the patio's 'brush-in' mortar has long gone and is the next job on the list. Tips that might help others: we tried to avoid a day that was too windy or sunny to reduce evaporation. It had been sunny earlier in the day & we couldn't stop the sun popping out but maybe the warmth of the tiles speeded up the process. I bought a siphon used for beer making from a discount store to transfer product from the 20 litre tub to a 5l sprayer used for weedkiller. After 15mins I gave each tile a quick scrub with a coarse sweeping brush and the spots disappeared like magic. I finished off with a jetwash to ensure all product was fully rinsed off. I would recommend Black Spot Remover Plus, providing you follow the instructions, ensure all safety precautions are taken & definitely wear your wellies!”

“Amazing product applied with the 5L sprayer (makes it easy and you can then use it to mist water over to keep the product from drying out whilst it works its magic). Allow at least 1 hour. I applied on some patio that was grey and full of lichens etc and hadn't been cleaned for 15 years - remarkable.. The colours have all reappeared and its great - ut also jet washed easier than without the product.”
