“Having tried a couple of alternative black spot removers over the years, we find Floorseal's product the best. This is an excellent surface cleaner as well as an effective black spot remover. we have no hesitation in reccommending. caution - where coveralls and wellington boots. as the product also removes colour from trousers if any splashed during application.”

“Excellent! Removed black spot after 2 hours treatment, but also loosened the ingrained grime so that a quick final power wash restored the Indian sandstone patio to its original glory. Very pleased with result”

“My buff coloured Indian sandstone now looks like new. I followed the instructions and what was just a black coloured large patio area came back to life, after a couple of hours dwell time and a good rinse. I couldn’t be happier, I had forgotten how beautiful the slabs were. It helped that in this weather once I pre wet the slabs they remained wet; on a hot day they would dry much faster. Excellent product.”
