“After trying allsorts of products to clean my patio I ordered this yesterday. It arrived today. I am blown away by how effective and easy to use it is. My patio is like new - I forgot how it used to look. It’s tiled with white porcelain tiles. Same inside as out - I’ll need to use it inside now to make it look as good as outside.”

“Very impressive product. Had pressure-washed the patio but it was so infested with black spot and lichen that it didn’t make much of a difference. Then applied the product for about four hours, reapplying to keep it damp as per the instructions, and it has come up like new. It got rid of all of it. The lichen needed to be scrubbed off with a stiff brush by hand, which was fine because the result was so good. I’m showing before and after photos to friends and family. Amazing stuff. Going to try it on my mother-in-law’s patio next.”

“A mix of bleach and caustic soda I understand - less effective than an industrial steam cleaner on deep 'stains' but perfectly reasonable otherwise. It is better than off the shelf alternatives I tried but comes up short against serious cleaning power.”

The product is designed to be the opposite of an industrial steam cleaner (which would not remove black spot lichen regardless of its power). It is a user friendly product designed to remove lichen for around £30.00 verus buying an industrial steam cleaning machine for many thousands of pounds! It can even be used without the need to purchase a pressure washer for £150.00 (which again will not remove a lichen). The tradesmen who use this product will still use a cleaning agent and rinse off - steaming does not work on lichen. It may work on general dirt and algae - but so does a pressure washer.
