“Bought 10 litres for the cost reduction. I have used this product twice before and it never disappoints. My sandstone patio was looking really black and green from the wet winter and within 1 hour it was looking as good as new. Important to pre-wet the slabs, and if it drying out quickly lightly spray with water to keep moist while the floorseal is still active.”

“We have been battling slime and grime on our Yorkstone flags for years. Even with at least annual power-hosing, they have slowly discoloured. Black Spot Remover did an excellent job in restoring their colour. It is, though, strong stuff. We would certainly not use it annually (perhaps once or twice a decade) and agree with the recommendation to wear proper IPE (gloves, mask and goggles) when applying it. Highly recommended, but use with care.”

“This product is very easy to use. I used it on concrete patio slabs and it made a good difference. I applied it to a damp patio, I left it to dwell for about 90 minutes on a dull overcast cool day then rinsed it away thoroughly. I'm going to use it on my stone raised beds next.”

“Cleaned the patio like new. It was full of spots even after pressure washing. Removed ages old lichen and discolouring. The most effective product I've used.”

“After trying allsorts of products to clean my patio I ordered this yesterday. It arrived today. I am blown away by how effective and easy to use it is. My patio is like new - I forgot how it used to look. It’s tiled with white porcelain tiles. Same inside as out - I’ll need to use it inside now to make it look as good as outside.”
