“Great product. I had to use a normal kitchen spray bottle on the slabs but it worked fine. I just kept going out about every half hr to check slabs hadn’t dried out. Left product on gif 3 hrs before rinsing off. Slabs came up looking almost brand new. Very impressed with product. Would definitely recommend. Smells a bit like the swimming baths (chlorine) good product”

“This is excellent stuff. This is my second order so impressed with how it brought up the patio. You can never be sure when you order something whether it would work but this is amazing delivery was very quick. Would definitely recommend this if you have black spots on your patio slabs.”

“This stuff really works! The black spots on my patio stones had accumulated for 9 years . The spots were all cleared with just one application. It took nearly 1.5 hours and it's important to keep the surface wet. I am very pleased with it. I applied a sealant afterwards hoping that the spots will not build up again but the process has been very easy anyway. I higly recommed this product.”

“Absolutely fantastic stuff! Used on my Mothers York Stone flags that had gotten a bit nasty in places. Used my own technique, which was, fill a squirty bottle with water and fill another bottle with neat solution. I sprayed the flags individually, first with water to dampen, then sprayed the neat solution over the top, working on no more than 4-6 at a time. I then used a little, stiff(ish) hand brush to work it in to the flags (I found that too stiff a brush wasn’t as good as one that was a little less stiff). Some black spots won’t go straight away, so I left it wet enough (not too wet) for it to do its thing by itself for anywhere between 10 and 25 minutes. Be sure not to let it dry (give it a squirt with the water if it starts drying), then you can go back over it with the brush when the solution has done (or nearly done) its job. Nice rinse afterwards with the hosepipe and Bob’s your Aunt Fanny!! A small amount of trial and error may be needed to get the right amount of “wetness” but, get it right and it makes a lovely job. Putting the solution in the squirty bottle saves tons of product as well. Will now look to seal the flags before tackling the mortar in between them. Well worth the money and economical if used in a spray bottle. Can’t recommend enough.”

“Having looked at several different options I chose floorseal’s black spot remover my sandstone slabs were heavily covered I wasn’t expecting the results to be so good the ease of the instructions of how to apply was nice and easy and the results were unbelievable my patio looks like it’s just been laid fantastic product”

“It did a good job on the black spot on my patio. I also have white-coloured algae bloom marks (York stone paving) , which it was unable to shift fully. I might reapply to see if it helps, or perhaps Floorseal can recommend another product for these?”
