Having looked at several different options I chose floorseal’s black spot remover my sandstone slabs were heavily covered I wasn’t expecting the results to be so good the ease of the instructions of how to apply was nice and easy and the results were unbelievable my patio looks like it’s just been laid fantastic product

It did a good job on the black spot on my patio. I also have white-coloured algae bloom marks (York stone paving) , which it was unable to shift fully. I might reapply to see if it helps, or perhaps Floorseal can recommend another product for these?

I was doubtful it would work, but it is truly amazing ! it completely removed not only blackspot but some green stuff which my high-power sprayer couldn't touch. Best to use at a 1:1 dilution (or less for less stained areas), but use neat for really tough stains. And it caused no damage whatever to my travertine pavers. It smells and feels like an exceptionally strong alkali - e.g. drain cleaner. I would advise against handling it though, as it puckers the skin.
