“I had tried sodium hypochlorite without success - it removes algae but not black spot. This stuff does remove black spot although it can take two or three applications for years old black spot. I sprayed and covered with plastic sheeting to prevent drying out and left it for a good 3 hours. High pressure washing removed most of it but stubborn patches needed a second or third go. See photos of before and after on just one York stone slab.”

“Does exactly what it says, quickly and efficiently. Used a low pressure sprayer and a soft sweeping brush to spread. Really happy with results, flags look new!”
