“Having only power washed a York Stone patio of over 10 years the Black spot was getting really bad and the patio was not looking very good. I bought this thinking that it should hopefully tidy things up. It took about 3 hours to clean a 30M² patio but I am amazed by the results. The Patio looks like new, this stuff is brilliant. You do have to wait though, just leaving and keep it wet by applying more liquid. I spoke to Floorseal a couple of times before hand and they were very helpful.”

“After cleaning my Indian stone patio with the karcher, I was disappointed to see lots of black spots left on it. I spoke to Floorseal who advised me to purchase the black spot remover plus and I was amazed at how quickly the product worked, it removed all the black spots and I’m really happy with the results.”

“This black spot remover is amazing. It turned paving that was very dark grey and covered in black lichen spots into its gleaming original pale-yellow colour. But it is very powerful: a few spots removed the colour from trousers I was wearing.”
