Thanks for the review Joanna. Occasionally there are limitations placing the logs due to the drivers using Pallet Trucks which will not operate on gravel and soft surfaces. We are more than happy to talk about this further and explore a solution.

“What can I say about my logs? They're made of wood, they're log shaped and log sized and they burn like wooden logs, which shouldn't come as a surprise, really. In all honesty, if someone had told me that they weren't actually logs, but were in fact made of cheese, or milk, I'd have told them to stick it (no pun intended) but given that they are in fact made of wood, that's an extremely unlikely thing to happen. I'll definitely be re-ordering the logs when my current log pile has been depleted. I'm a very happy log owner. In fact, I LOVE my logs. There. I said it.”
Thanks for the review John. Glad you like the kiln dried logs. With regards to delivery, occasionally drivers do get delayed meaning they deliver after 6pm. However, please be assured this rarely happens.
“Good quality logs for burning in a range of sizes from small to quite large, we’ll probably have to split some of the largest ones but good to have the variety. The delivery driver was really helpful and put the pallet as close to the house as possible to. Are it easier for us to unload and transfer to the wood store too.”
