“In 2021 I had a delivery of 25cm logs. I complained that there were to many small logs and not enough “proper” logs so I was forever loading the stove. My complaint was recognised with a partial refund. For my last order I was offered “chunky” logs (you won’t find these on the website). These were 100% really large logs some of which only just squeeze into my stove. But they burn well, are hot and last a long time. I am very happy with these logs. The only slight problem is that I have to split a few to make intermediate size logs when starting the fire. So Firewoodfund thank you for offering me these chunky logs.”

“I am really pleased with the wood, it is chopped into nice sized pieces and burns really well with no sparks. The only thing that I would change is the policy to delivery only to curb side. We have a large, flat front drive without obstacles.”
Thanks for the detailed review Melanie. Often drivers will do their best to place the logs where the customer would like. I would recommend booking for a day when you know you will be in, that way you can tell the driver exactly where you would like the logs placed. It is also worth adding 'call 1 hour before' delivery to help combat issues. Hope that helps, thanks again.
