“Good quality logs for burning in a range of sizes from small to quite large, we’ll probably have to split some of the largest ones but good to have the variety. The delivery driver was really helpful and put the pallet as close to the house as possible to. Are it easier for us to unload and transfer to the wood store too.”
“This is the first time i've bought logs and Firewood Funds site was very easy to use. I ordered the 0.8m3 bag of kiln dried logs, and the delivery was prompt with excellent customer service. The driver messaged me when he was near, so that I could move my car to make access easier, and made the whole procedure easy. I will definitely use them again.”
Hi Josephine, many thanks for the 5 star rating for our Kiln dried logs, good to hear too you are pleased with communication and the logs were of a good size and delivered on time. We hope we can be of service again.
“In 2021 I had a delivery of 25cm logs. I complained that there were to many small logs and not enough “proper” logs so I was forever loading the stove. My complaint was recognised with a partial refund. For my last order I was offered “chunky” logs (you won’t find these on the website). These were 100% really large logs some of which only just squeeze into my stove. But they burn well, are hot and last a long time. I am very happy with these logs. The only slight problem is that I have to split a few to make intermediate size logs when starting the fire. So Firewoodfund thank you for offering me these chunky logs.”
