“The 1.6 are good value but twice I have had problems with the delivery company not being able to put them close to the woodstore because of the weight and their truck not being able to cope, so it looks as though I am going to have to buy the the 1.2 option next time which is a shame. I need to have it close as I am in a wheelchair,now I have to wait until someone can stack them for me.”
Hi John, thanks for the repeat order and review. Sorry to learn about the delivery challenges, unfortunately delivering bulk hardwood logs can be challenging at times due to the weight and size. It may be worth considering our individual wrapped bags for convenience as these are much easier to unload or move. Also keep in mind me hold sales mid to late summer, so then is a great time to stock up. We hope that helps.
