“The logs are great, the delivery however is very difficult—they arrive on a pallet on a huge truck, the pallet cannot be moved far from the truck with any ease, so twice now my drive has been messed up and the logs ended up up nowhere near my log store. The delivery driver was very kind and tried his best, I find no fault with him. I don’t know how this can be remedied!”
“We buy them every year and they are great, usually lasts us around 5 months depending on the weather!
The delivery company on the other hand needs new equipment to help with delivery’s it should not be down to the customer to help with heavy items!”
