“The Engraved box that came with the bottle of port had the name incorrectly spelt despite me requesting it correctly. When I asked for a replacement I was told I can't get one until they recieve the old box back. (A useless to them engraved incorrectly cheap box) I explained it was for a present and there was no time to do that...they didn't care and wouldn't send me a new one until I sent back the old rubbish. Poor customer services and now I've had to give a rubbish birthday present as a result. It cost me £50 so I expect better service than that. I'll never buy from them again”
