“Looks good quality from the outside, however the foam lining inside the box makes it appear quite cheap. I also paid extra for a personalised plaque which has fallen off by the time it arrived, seems like it was applied with a weak sticky backing that just won't hold. Dissapointing as this was a gift for someone.”

Dear Katie, sorry to hear you were disappointed with the product. We have sent a replacement brass plaque on next day delivery to you as the plaques normally stay on and should be very difficult to remove! Plaque should be with you tomorrow by 5:30pm.
