“I had a bit of trouble with this item. I received it damaged in transit. Farrer and tanner were excellent in rectifying this, they sent another out straight away and I can't thank them enough. If I could give more stars I would. I will definitely use this company again. This was a gift for my mother's birthday and farrer and tanner went above and beyond here to make sure she had a perfect present. Thankyou again.”
