“I've made this beef as a slow roast beef a few times now and it gets rave reviews everytime - I wouldn't hesitate to order it again. It tastes incredible and is so tender. My only slight complaint was the giant box the beef came in - it was comically large for how small the beef was and contained 6 ice packs. I assume they just ran out of smaller boxes on this occasion as this was not an issue on my previous orders but it felt like a waste.”

“Excellent Quality I have tried numerous supermarkets, on line etc and paid various prices and the only place that I have bought from that has succulent melt in the mouth Fillet of Beef is Farmisons - my quest is over - thank you.”

“Wonderfully tender fillet. The cooking instructions also perfect for rare beef. Marinated it first. Have not eaten the fillet tail yet but it should be good too!”

“This was excellent and I will definitely buy again. The flavour was outstanding and so tender. I seared it on the barbecue and finished slow roasting it in the oven. Perfect”
