“This was a beautiful bit of meat, excellent size and uniformity. Cooked perfectly (as a wellington) rare, cut like butter and tasted delicious. Beautifully sliced up the leftovers for canapés afterwards. Very impressed.”

“I have had numerous orders from Farmison including this one and a prepared Wellington for Christmas Day. The three pieces of meat were most definitely the three worst fillets I have ever had from Farmison. In fact they rank as the toughest three pieces of meat I have purchased in living memory. I did search on the website to make a direct contact re this order but was unable to find a “contact us” I resorted to WhatsApp and had a response on Wednesday assuring me a member of the team would be right back to me‍♂️. The quaility of the meat is one thing the lack of response is another. I cook a lot of prime cuts and have never previously experienced rare cooked meat being quite so tough. The core temperature of the meat was measured using a Meater and the meat was rested. Very very poor in all aspects.”
