“This is possibly the best piece of beef I have ever tasted. A superb flavour (filet can be a bit tasteless sometimes) and utterly tender. It was a real treat and my guests were blown away by the flavour.”

“Nicely trimmed and trussed - yielded five thick steaks that served three very well. Having tried other online butchers, I’d say this is the best result we’ve had.”
