“I had a lot of meat from Farmison and was always content with the quality. This 32day rib of beef however did fall short of the usual standard. The cut I received had an extraordinary amount of fat, being about 50/50 between fat and meat.”

“This was a lovely piece of beef. Really easy to prepare and looked fantastic as a Christmas dinner centrepiece. It had a lovely crisp saddle and tasted incredible as every slice tasted almost like ribeye steak. It lasted a few days and the sliced beef sandwiches never boring. I'll order monthly from Farmison and will definitely be getting my Christmas joint from them.”
