“Meat was delicious - unfortunately DHL delivery was ‘delayed’ 4 days before Xmas. Subsequently acknowledged as ‘damaged’ . Luckily I contacted day before Xmas eve and a replacement was sent but would have been no good if needed before that date . Felt should have been updated to say a problem and replaced - no real apology or offer of voucher - Not sure would rely on again for a Xmas delivery”

“Unlike all other purchases I have made with Farmison, that have been outstanding, on carving the beef it was full of sinew and this detracted from the enjoyment of it. It must be noted that the previous time I purchased the same item it was perfect.”
