“This was a lovely piece of beef. Really easy to prepare and looked fantastic as a Christmas dinner centrepiece. It had a lovely crisp saddle and tasted incredible as every slice tasted almost like ribeye steak. It lasted a few days and the sliced beef sandwiches never boring. I'll order monthly from Farmison and will definitely be getting my Christmas joint from them.”
