“An excellent company providing an excellent service. The cruise was most enjoyable, the company of other passengers and the staff was also so very enjoyable and memorable.
The crew were most entertaining with both Katie and Taylor always smiling and being so helpful all the time. When serving meals each would have an appropriate comment. Matt, our Captain was very informative and along with Jay kept us informed about things to notice as we glided along the river. The Cook, Colin, produced some of the best meals I have ever tasted. Every meal was professionally prepared, cooked and presented. I wish he worked in a restaurant near us !! The first Mate, Conrad, made us feel very confident that he had everything under control and hosted the daily Quoits competition impartially and with such good humour. I thoroughly recommend this cruise and the English Holiday Cruises company. First class every day.”

“We were delighted the Classic Severn Cruise met all and exceeded our expectations. With able help from the superb crew, it was easy to make new friends and enjoy the experience with like-minded people.
Although a few of the excursions were beyond my capabilities, the crew were happy for us to stay onboard. Even with mobility limitations, life was fairly easy.
Food was amazing; you wouldn't have believed the 'new' chef had only been onboard for three weeks.
We were sorry to leave the ship and to say farewell to those who are moving on to other challenging careers. For the crew who will still be around next year - see you then:)”
