“Traveled from Glasgow, clear directions were on the email & well signposted. Carpark was very close to the airport as stated. Got in & out eith no problems.”
“I have booked the parking space and paid online. I don't know why this was my second time the gate didn't open when I was leaving the car park. I phoned the help line but no one answered. I needed to go back to the counter and check my ticket. It wasted me 20 minutes to fix the problem.”
“Facility & proximity to the terminal is fabulous but I was extremely disappointed that my vehicle registration was not recognised on exit & the machine demanded a £180 payment!
Eventually somebody answered the call & I was allowed to leave with no payment.

“All went well until I tried to exit the barrier. The barrier would not rise, it would not return my ticket and a charge of £250 appeared on the display. Eventually someone answered the intercom but I had to move the que back so I could reverse back and let them out. It took about 15 minutes and a lot of stress which number plate recognition should of been a straight forward operation.”
